Hatha Yoga

assists you in learning to control your breathing in a relaxed way in order to provide focus in different postures. You will gain greater flexibility, balance, strength and relaxed mind.

Schedule: Monday 5:30-7:00 pm
Wednesday 7:30-9:00 pm
Thursday 7:00-8:30 pm

Kundalini Yoga

means coiling, like a snake. It is a practice consisting of postures, mantra and breath work. These postures and movements are designed to strengthen nerves, glands , lymphatics, and circulation. It promotes harmony and peace in body and mind.

Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays
9:30-11:00am
Prices for classes are $15 for a drop in session
Packages are available upon speaking with the instructor

Tai Chi

An ancient Chinese martial arts form of meditation with a constant flow of energy and movement. It combines mental concentration, slow breathing and dance-like movements to increase chi (life energy).

Schedule: Wednesday 6:00-7:30pm
Drop in rate: $15/class
seniors: $10/class



Stretch & Strength Class

This class was designed and is taught by Dr. Denise Evans.  It incorporates the use of exercise balls, therabands and low weights to increase strength and flexibility. The session begins with 15minutes of stretching followed by strength training and ending with breathwork. class space is limited
